Reporting to the ATS Learning Technology Manager, you will focus on simulator requirements and quality assurance testing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve training systems and ensure alignment with operational goals. Your role will significantly impact training delivery across NAV CANADA.
Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute simulation exercises in accordance with standards • Coordinate simulator resources for training units • Assess and recommend simulation requirements for training • Monitor and support training initiatives • Evaluate new technology for learning applications
Requirements: • Successful completion of secondary education • 3+ years experience in simulation design • Proven ability to troubleshoot technology issues • Effective project management and coordination skills • Knowledge of Air Traffic Service operations
