We work with our clients to fill legal, accounting, and corporate opportunities.Key Responsibilities:Working on civil, corporate/commercial litigation filesAbility to represent clients professionally in court and in front of tribunalsPrepare detailed files and take the best course of actions to complete those filesPossess an understanding and have a passion for working on litigation filesPerform the proper due diligence to attain all relevant information for filesDevelop and maintain superior relationships with clients and other team membersUnderstand clients’ needs to get the best outcome for themBe comfortable with business developmentPossess the ability to go into court and act in the best interest of their clientsCommunicate with clients before, during and after receiving a fileAdhere to all legal and ethical standardsSuccessful candidates must have:7 to 10 years of experience working as a Civil or Corporate/Commercial Litigation LawyerExtremely detail oriented with ability to work efficiently and meet deadlinesStrong organizational and project management skillsHave sound judgment and the ability to understand their client’s perspectivesAbility to provide superior services to clientsHandle the caseload from beginning to endMember of the B.C BAR and in good standingAbility to provide clear direction and comfortable with delegating tasksAbility to communicate in Korean or Mandarin is an assetPartial book of business is preferred CompensationCompetitive salary between $135,000 to $250,000/yearBenefits after probation
