Je vous présente aujourd'hui une opportunité unique au sein d'une entreprise québécoise de technologie immersive, pionnière mondiale dans les expériences de divertissement interactif et sensoriel.Dans le cadre d'un remplacement temporaire, vous assurerez le support informatique de premier niveau auprès des équipes internes. Votre rôle sera de garantir la continuité des opérations pendant une période clé, entre mi-décembre et début janvier. Vos responsabilités : * Dépannage de base : matériel, logiciels, postes de travail * Support utilisateur sur Windows et Office 365 * Assistance sur les périphériques : imprimantes, écrans, accessoires * Aide à la connectivité réseau et résolution des incidents simples * Intervention sur site pour accompagner les employés au quotidien* Expérience en support technique Niveau 1 * Aisance avec Windows, Office 365, et les environnements bureautiques courants * Bon sens du service, autonomie et rapidité d'exécution * Disponible immédiatement * Capacité à vous déplacer sur le site de Longueuil Conclusion Vous souhaitez rejoindre une entreprise québécoise à la croisée du divertissement et de la haute technologie, où vos compétences auront un impact concret sur l'expérience client mondiale ?
