Key Responsibilities: • Maintain high accuracy in document metadata • Assist with SharePoint and Aconex configurations • Ensure efficient document flow and archiving • Provide guidance to project participants • Report on document processing and compliance
Requirements: • Post-secondary degree or equivalent • Minimum 5 years of document control in construction • Proficient in file management systems • Intermediate to advanced PDF software skills • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
