We’re a team of passionate music lovers + artists who are shaping the future of music.Position Overview:We’re seeking a highly organized, creative, and driven Brand & Visual Designer to join the 7CULT team. This is a role that will create cohesive visual identities and promotional assets for our label—including brand visuals and logos, artwork, merchandise, social content, and website design. They will collaborate closely with A&R, marketing, and creative teams while using trend research and artistic direction to ensure visuals authentically reflect our brand.If you live and breathe music, thrive in fast-paced environments, and are the type of person who always knows what needs to be done next, this is your role.Duties & Responsibilities:🎨 Brand Identity & SystemsDevelop and maintain the label’s core visual identity, including logos, sub-brands, color palettes, typography, and design systemsCreate scalable templates and visual toolkits adaptable across multiple artists and releasesMaintain and enforce brand guidelines across internal teams and external partners📣 Marketing & Promotional DesignDesign label-wide campaign assets for releases, playlists, events, tours, and partnershipsProduce artwork for streaming platforms, social media, press kits, newsletters, and digital platformsEnsure consistent visuals across websites, music videos, live events, merchandise, and promotional materials🌐 Website & Digital SupportAssist in the design and visual development of the label website and landing pagesCollaborate with digital and development teams to ensure brand consistency online🤖 AI & Creative TechnologyConfidently use AI-powered design tools to support concepting, content creation, and workflow efficiencyStay informed on emerging creative technologies and their application in design🤝 Collaboration & CommunicationCollaborate with marketing, A&R, digital, and creative teams to align visuals with label strategyPresent concepts and iterate designs based on feedback from internal stakeholders🖨️ Production & ExecutionPrepare production-ready files for print, merchandise, retail, and promotional use🔍 Research & TrendsResearch music, fashion, and visual culture trends to inform label-wide creative directionKey Qualifications: ✅ Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity, album art, and music-related design work. ✅ Proven experience designing for digital platforms, social media, and streaming services. ✅ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with motion or 3D tools is a plus. ✅ Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills ✅ Comfortable managing multiple priorities under pressure ✅ Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and sharp attention to detail ✅ Awareness of music, fashion, and visual culture trends that influence modern artist branding.Skills🧩 Organization & Time Management 🤝 Team Collaboration & Communication 🔥 Passion for Music, Culture & Internet Trends 📊 Analytics & Social Media Reporting 📅 Project Coordination & Calendar ManagementThink you’re the right fit to help shape the future of 7CULT and our artists?
