Description:
The Distribution Management Consultant in our Healthcare Practice will play a key role in the design and delivery of implementation services to healthcare clients This individual will have direct responsibilities on a team that executes Advisory and Assessment services and end-to-end implementation, configuration, and deployment of the Tecsys Supply Chain Management module, or other supply chain technology solutions. You will work in close collaboration with both the customer and the project team to identify customer needs, define business processes, recommend best-practices, establish performance metrics, and drive development of the solution.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
The skills, certifications, or other ‘qualifications’ a team member needs to currently possess to perform at this job level.
• Understanding of hospital supply and inventory management a plus
• Integrated warehouse and transportation operational processes experience a plus
• Technical aptitude
• Operational experience and knowledge in one or more of the following areas:
o Inventory and Order Management
o Forecasting, Demand & Supply Planning
o General Ledger, A/P, A/R, Chart of Accounts & Financial Statements
o Full procure to pay and order to cash cycles
o B2B integration and ERP integration
o EDI (850, 855, 856, 810, etc.)
• Demonstrated experience working in/with:
o Inventory, distribution management and/or ERP supply chain software implementations
o Business process requirement definition, software configuration, data loading, testing, and training
• 5+ years of direct experience in software implementation and consulting
