In this senior position, you will collaborate with product teams and stakeholders to enhance user experience and design strategies. Your responsibilities will include conducting usability testing, mentoring UX designers, and supporting the UX product vision with the Manager of UX Product Design. You'll lead the design process applying user-centric approaches while evolving the company's design standards.
Key Responsibilities: • Lead high-profile UX design projects for security platforms • Mentor and guide UX design team members • Analyze usability tests to inform design decisions • Collaborate with stakeholders on user experience strategies • Drive process improvement to enhance UX practices
Requirements: • 6-8 years of user experience design experience • Expertise in design thinking and user research methodologies • Proficient in design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite • Experience with Agile development teams • Strong verbal and written communication skills
