The successful candidate will be responsible for inside sales of Caldwell’s family of investment funds. The candidate will be a key member of the sales and marketing team, responsible for executing strategies to increase assets under management and promote Caldwell’s investment products to advisory groups working primarily within the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO) channel.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct pro-active call and sales campaigns to promote Caldwell Investment Management products to investment advisors, primarily within the CIRO channel.Source, evaluate and connect with Investment Advisors by utilizing cold call techniques.Maintain in-depth knowledge of Caldwell products and initiatives.Answer existing and potential advisor/client questions and send additional information, as required.Assist in the development of literature for promoting products.Work closely and collaboratively with the Sales teams to organize campaigns and events for Investment Advisors.Update call/meeting activities and maintain accurate advisor records within our Client Relationship Management system on a timely basis.Education and Experience4-5 years of related financial services inside sales experienceUndergraduate in Finance or CommerceStrong track record of academic achievementQualifications and CompetenciesWe are seeking job candidates who possess the following qualifications and competencies:Exceptional interpersonal and sales skillsA positive and flexible attitudeGood organizational skills and ability to set priorities and meet deadlinesProficient with Microsoft office, including Excel and PowerPointThe ability to partner with the business to achieve firm and team goalsStrong written and verbal communication skillsThe ability to proactively identify issues and recommend solutionsA good work ethicOur OfferA comprehensive total rewards program including competitive base pay, bonus opportunities and group benefitsCompensation that varies based on skills and demonstrated experience of the applicantCompensation includes: A salary of $55,000 - $70,000+ plus a bonus (up to 100% of salary), based on performance and other qualitative achievementsA progressive and high-performing team environmentOngoing mentoring and coachingAbout Caldwell Investment Management Ltd.Caldwell Investment Management (“CIM”) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Caldwell Financial Ltd. and is a member of the Caldwell group of companies (“Caldwell”).
