Manage paid media across four advertising platforms Allocate budgets, adjust bids, target audiences, and test creative Decide when campaigns should be stopped Maintain conversion tracking and attribution using GA4 and pixels Own client roadmaps, reporting narratives, retention, and upsell Requirements:
Three or more hands-on years in Google Ads and Meta Experience building, running, and optimizing campaigns personally Demonstrated movement in ROAS, CPA, or pipeline metrics Agency experience managing several clients simultaneously Clear spoken English for live calls with US clients Bring hands-on paid media, measurement, and client growth expertise to Blacksmith Agency’s remote performance marketing team.
