Our Healthcare client located in Calgary, AB is seeking a Lead, Survey Analytics to join their growing team This is an 18-month contract position with the strong potential for extension or a permanent role.


In this role, you will spearhead initiatives related to survey design, data collection processes, and analytical methods for various projects. You will also directly lead a team and liaise with senior stakeholders. Candidates for this position are required to have direct people-leadership experience and a Master's degree or higher in Health Administration, or a related field of study.


This is a hybrid opportunity offering the flexibility of working 2x/week from home and 3x/week in the Calgary office (Tuesdays and Wednesdays mandatory).


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight and management of intricate surveys and data collection efforts, involving a team of surveyors.
  • Lead or conduct analyses of information derived from diverse sources, including databases, provider inputs, and surveys, among others.
  • Contribute expertise to the development and selection of pertinent data, measures, and indicators from multiple sources.
  • Transform data into insightful narratives to address stakeholder information needs, facilitating data-informed discussions.
  • Collaborate with external project partners and stakeholders, providing recommendations for best practices in addressing complex data collection and analytical challenges.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create and deliver comprehensive reports in various formats, including digital reports through SAS Viya.
  • Mentor and provide support to other staff, including analysts and administrators.


Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or Ph. D in a related field.
  • 2+ years experience with survey and quantitative methods.
  • Direct management experience leading a team.
