With our creativity, outstanding culture, and cool technology we may just be the best kept marketing secret in Canada.ResponsibilitiesAccountable for performance and success of the accountBuilding and managing client relationships at the senior levelStrategic client leadership (sees the bigger picture and provides strategy, innovative solutions through technology, data, creative)Planning, developing and managing clients’ CRM strategiesOverseeing the smooth and successful production of campaignsLeading account team and fostering positive internal cross-agency relationshipsTaking a proactive approach to anticipating internal and external concernsProactively identifying new business opportunities leading to organic growthUtilizing your leadership skills to push clients, the team and the agency in the most productive directionDesired Skills & ExperienceHas 2+ years as an Account Director in a CRM agency settingHas 8+ years relevant industry experienceSolid understanding of CRM and MarTech tools and platformsThe ability to plan and strategize at a senior levelEffective team management capabilitiesRetail, Financial or Automotive experience is an assetA keen attention to detail and budgetary restraintsExcellent written and oral communication skillsJAM CRM is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating and maintaining an inclusive and accessible workplace.
