Infosys is looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead and manage end‑to‑end SAP IT projects. The ideal candidate will have strong experience across SAP modules and exceptional capability in project governance, stakeholder engagement, solution delivery, and S/4HANA conversion programs. This role requires hands‑on functional knowledge, deep understanding of S4 Brownfield Conversion processes, and proven leadership in deploying complex SAP projects.

Required Qualifications

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Montreal or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 11 years of Information Technology experience.

Required Skills

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle including planning, execution, monitoring, delivery, and closure.
• Manage multiple SAP IT projects simultaneously with high quality and within timelines.
• Drive project governance, risk management, resource planning, and issue resolution.
• Ensure alignment with business objectives, compliance standards, and IT strategy.
• Provide clear communication to stakeholders, leadership teams, and internal customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships with clear expectation setting.
• Collaborate closely with business users, process owners, and cross-functional teams.
• Lead workshops, design discussions, and status meetings.
• Experience in leading and deploying SAP projects across business functions.
• Program Management & Leadership End-to-End SAP S/4HANA Migration Program Management PMO Setup and Governance Framework Stakeholder Engagement & Executive Reporting Risk Management & Mitigation Strategies Budgeting and Resource Planning for Multi-Million Dollar Programs Vendor and Partner Coordination Change Management & User Adoptio.
• Strong experience managing S/4HANA Conversion/Migration Programs.
• Ability to coordinate system conversion activities across technical and functional streams.
• Lead cutover planning, data migration, testing cycles, and hyper-care.
• Manage internal teams, external partners, and consultants.
• Mentor junior team members and guide functional/technical teams.
• Ensure quality assurance, documentation, and process adherence.
• 10–15 years of total SAP experience with a strong consulting background.
• Expertise in multiple SAP modules with strong cross‑functional understanding.
• Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience in large‑scale SAP projects, rollouts, and S/4HANA conversion projects.
• SAP S/4HANA System Conversion (Brownfield) SAP ECC to S/4HANA Upgrade Methodology (SUM, DMO) Custom Code Adaptation & Simplification Item Analysis Data Migration Strategy (SAP Data Services, Migration Cockpit) Integration Management (IDoc, RFC, APIs, PI/PO, CPI) SAP Modules: FI/CO, MM, SD, WM

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP / SAP Activate certification.
• Experience working in multi‑country or multi‑plant environments.
• Exposure to Agile methodologies.
• Expert in delivery methodologies, leveraging SAP Activate, Agile, and Waterfall to drive predictable outcomes.
• Strong leadership in financial governance, risk and dependency management, and executive stakeholder engagement at C‑suite and board levels.
• Trusted advisor for strategic road-mapping, pre‑sales solutioning, and hybrid delivery model optimization.

The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to effectively communicate by telephone, email, and face to face.
