Role Overview:
As a Sales Specialist at EV.com, you will spearhead sales initiatives that drive revenue and profitability. Your experience in car dealership sales, combined with excellent communication and negotiation skills, will be crucial in fostering relationships with dealers and presenting tailored product solutions. This role demands a tech-savvy professional who is adept at using CRM tools and possesses a keen understanding of client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and achieve sales targets to enhance revenue and profitability.
- Develop and maintain relationships with both existing accounts and potential new clients.
- Serve as the primary liaison between EV.com and car dealerships, understanding their needs and offering suitable solutions.
- Work closely with internal teams, such as dealer operations and training, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Negotiate and finalize deals with senior leaders and decision-makers within the dealership.
- Address and resolve any dealer-related issues, acting as a product knowledge expert.
- Keep abreast of new products, features, and functionalities.
- Document all sales activities in Salesforce and maintain effective communication across teams.
- Promote a team-oriented environment focused on achieving sales goals and maintaining high morale.
- Manage account receivables and uphold a standard of high-quality customer service.
- Drive continuous improvement and adaptability within the sales team.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in car dealership sales is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency with CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
- Strong capability to interface effectively with clients at various levels.
- Technical proficiency in data interpretation and presentation.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced setting.
- High integrity, proactive attitude, and excellent work ethic.
