Focused on instructional design, you will work closely with various stakeholders to create and implement effective learning content across multiple formats. This role requires sharp project management ability, strong communication skills, and a commitment to quality. Your efforts will directly impact the learner experience and overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities: • Lead the design and development of learning materials • Collaborate on content reviews and pilot testing • Manage project timelines and vendor interactions • Evolve training content based on learner feedback • Conduct needs assessments to inform content strategy
Requirements: • Post-secondary degree and instructional design certification preferred • 3-5 years in developing learning content • Experience with LMS platforms and authoring tools • Strong organizational skills and stakeholder management • Knowledge of hospitality or travel industry preferred
