We are looking for a Technical Systems Analyst with strong experience in HP NonStop (Tandem) systems, COBOL development, and application support. The candidate will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and supporting critical banking and payment applications, ensuring system reliability and smooth integration with other systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and implement enhancements for BESS applications.
- Develop and maintain business logic using COBOL85 and SCOBOL.
- Develop and maintain user interfaces using SCREEN COBOL.
- Create and maintain TACL scripts and operational utilities.
- Work with HP NonStop OS and Enscribe databases.
- Develop and maintain interfaces with upstream and downstream banking and payment systems.
- Support IBM MQ and NonStop MQ messaging integrations.
- Implement application changes based on business requirements and regulatory requirements.
- Provide L2/L3 production support for critical payment applications.
- Troubleshoot application, database, and messaging issues and perform root cause analysis.
Required Technical Skills:
- HP NonStop (Tandem) and NonStop OS
- TACL (Tandem Advanced Command Language)
- COBOL85 and SCOBOL
- SCREEN COBOL
- Enscribe Database
- IBM MQ / NonStop MQ
- Application development, maintenance, and production support
Nice to Have:
- Experience with SWIFT wire payments.
- Knowledge of high-value payment systems and banking applications.
