In this role, you will oversee the structuring and negotiation of supplier contracts that drive Purolator’s operational success. Your responsibilities involve guiding a team while ensuring legal compliance and operational alignment throughout projects. This position allows for direct impact in enhancing contracting efficiencies and supporting various business functions.
Key Responsibilities: • Manage negotiation and execution of supplier contracts • Provide legal advice balancing business and operational needs • Oversee buy-side commercial legal project delivery • Collaborate with IT, Operations, and Procurement teams • Mentor legal professionals to ensure effective team delivery
Requirements: • LL.B. or J.D. and good standing with Ontario Law Society • 7+ years in commercial and corporate law experience • Expertise in logistics, technology, and operational contracts • Proven leadership in complex legal environments • Strong judgment and effective stakeholder engagement
