This group operates seven clinics across Canada and is known for its exceptional facilities and cutting-edge equipment.Offering lucrative performance-based billing. Relocation support available.Role ObjectivesThe Dermatologist’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Provide professional patient care at all times and create a friendly, inviting environment for patientsConduct patient skin assessments, treatment planning and implementation, and evaluation of treatments for effective outcomesProvide consult notes to referring family physicians for new patientsPerform follow-up care for existing patients and/or refer to an internal general practitioner for continuation of careAssist with coaching nursing team to deliver effective patient careParticipate in training and education opportunities provided by the companyAdhere to company policies and protocolsWork with the marketing team to build and promote personal social media presenceUtilize exceptional communication skills to build relationships with both patients and employeesThe group’s practice model is designed for maximum efficiency, including access to:A team of dedicated nurses and medical office assistants to optimize patient flowExam and operating rooms to support your clinicAccess to surgical/procedural roomsAccess to a full suite of surgical and aesthetic lasers and injectablesA head office staff to handle scheduling, referrals, human resources, and billingA supportive team that minimizes paperwork (charting, billing, etc.) and marketing support to grow your practiceBenefitsThe successful applicant can expect unsurpassed income potential, improved work-life balance, and the opportunity to practice in a state-of-the-art dermatology clinic space.Role QualificationsCurrent College of Physicians of Alberta (CPSA) LicenseA strong passion for the cosmetic dermatology fieldCertifications for lasers, Botox, and/or dermal fillers are an asset, but not requiredPrior experience in cosmetic and aesthetic medicine is an asset, but not requiredNewer graduates are welcome to applyReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at MDSearch. #J-18808-Ljbffr
