Key Responsibilities
• Cultivate and inspire an effective management team
• Establish a positive work environment for staff
• Enhance revenue and achieve financial goals
• Build strong community partnerships for the hotel
• Serve as the primary contact for brand and ownership relations

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in full-service hotel management
• Previous experience in luxury or boutique hotels preferred
• Demonstrated success in team leadership
• Strong budget and cost control abilities
