Requirements:
• University degree in relevant field
• Minimum five years' experience in OCM for AI transformations
• Certification in Organizational Change Management methodology
• Experience advising senior leaders and teams
• Knowledge of responsible AI principles Elevate organizational capabilities in AI by guiding change management processes.
