If you are a licenced A Mechanic looking for a New Life in the Elevator Industry you have found it. We are seeking a licensed Elevator Mechanic to join our R&D team. As an Elevator Mechanic, you will be part of our R&D team to install and test newly designed elevators and elevator parts in our test tower to ensure safety and quality.


Responsibilities:

·      Work closely with design engineers to provide input during design phase

·      Install and test newly designed traction and hydraulic elevators

·      Install, test and adjust mechanical and electrical components and devices.

·      Test operation of newly installed equipment

·      Disassemble units and repair or replace

·      Perform complete Mechanical and Electrical System tests

·      Install and test new components in R&D test tower

·      Compile test reports

·      Develop installation and troubleshooting manuals.

·      Train field technicians on installation and troubleshooting of our products

·      Ensure tasks are completed in due time as per project plan

·      Perform other related duties as needed


Skills and Attributes:

  • Licensed Elevator Mechanic
  • Experience with both Traction and Hydraulic Elevators
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
  • Must be self motivated and take initiatives
  • Great problem-solving skills
  • Strong Organizational and communication skills
