Lead Bayer’s Canadian oral Factor XIa inhibitor launch strategy from Mississauga in a flexible hybrid working environment. Shape market readiness through strategic leadership and cross-functional execution.
As Product Lead, you will report to the President & CEO of Bayer Inc. and lead a high-priority Product Squad. You will translate customer and market insights into choices supporting launch excellence and sustainable growth. The scope includes marketing, medical, market access, regulatory, operations, analytics, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and execute the end-to-end Canadian launch strategy
- Develop multi-year roadmaps with milestones, risks, and accountabilities
- Lead cross-functional squad decisions and remove execution barriers
- Translate insights into positioning and customer engagement priorities
- Manage brand budgets and reallocate investment based on evidence
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, science, or related discipline
- Minimum eight years’ strategic commercial leadership experience
- Recent successful Canadian pharmaceutical launch experience required
- Experience leading complex product teams in matrixed organizations
- Cardiovascular, neurology, or hospital-market experience strongly preferred
