We also recognize that work / life balance is essential, so we strive to provide our employees with opportunities that challenge and engage them, but allow them to enjoy family, friends and life outside of work.Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe Senior ASIC/FPGA Designer will work in an exciting team environment and will have the following responsibilities:Understanding high-level requirements and translating them into a detailed design specification documents.Writing RTL (mainly Verilog or System Verilog), run block-level simulation, FPGA backend or ASIC synthesis, DFT insertion, timing closure.Performing lab bring-up, product integration and support.Interfacing with the verification team, hardware team and support team.RequirementsA minimum of 8years of relevant experience in the ASIC/FPGA design fieldFamiliar with SONET, OTN, Ethernet, PCIeExcellent ability to work in a teamExperience with System Verilog would be an assetExperience with SoC design would be an assetAre you authorized to work for any employer in Canada?* #J-18808-Ljbffr
