In this vital position, you'll partner with the Chief Estimator to manage pre-construction estimates and oversee complex bids. Your role will include coordinating the estimating process, analyzing data, and providing mentorship to the estimating team. You will be responsible for delivering innovative construction strategies across a variety of projects, including large-scale healthcare and office facilities.
Key Responsibilities: • Manage detailed bidding and estimating processes • Prepare and oversee project estimates • Track and compile estimating analytics • Mentor and guide junior estimating staff • Innovate solutions for diverse construction projects
Requirements: • 8-12 years of estimating experience required • Engineering degree or diploma necessary • Proven leadership in estimating teams • Strong organizational and communication skills • Thorough knowledge of estimating systems
