Key Responsibilities
• Oversee center operations while ensuring cleanliness
• Develop relationships with families for exceptional service
• Analyze KPIs to drive business decisions
• Facilitate the booking of events for financial growth
• Supervise staff training and development initiatives

Requirements:
• Experience working with kids aged 15 months
- 11 years
• Effective leadership and interpersonal skills
• Certification through required channels
• Prior management experience is a plus
