Job Title: Senior ServiceNow Vault Developer Location: Hybrid (Ottawa, ON ) Contract Term: Until March 31, 2026 (with potential extension to March 31, 2027) Start Date: ASAPOverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Vault Developer to lead the design, implementation, and testing of patterns and proofs of concept (POCs) for ServiceNow Vault capabilities across a complex enterprise environment. This role involves working closely with architecture, security, and platform teams to deliver scalable, secure, and repeatable solutions.Key Areas of ExpertiseField-Level Encryption (FLE)Zero Trust Adaptive Access & Continuous AuthenticationCode SigningData Privacy & AnonymizationResponsibilitiesConduct discovery and assessment of the current ServiceNow environment and Vault configurations.Collaborate with product teams to identify sensitive data types and relevant use cases.Design and develop POCs for each Vault capability area, ensuring feasibility, performance, and compliance.Document implementation patterns, including architecture, configuration steps, sample code, and best practices.Deliver knowledge transfer sessions and walkthroughs for internal teams.Provide recommendations for production implementation and governance.Apply ServiceNow platform standards and approved development techniques.Develop and execute test plans (unit, system, integration, UAT).Participate in sprint-based delivery of solution features.DeliverablesDiscovery Report summarizing findings and requirements.POCs for each Vault capability area with supporting documentation.Comprehensive implementation pattern documents.Knowledge transfer materials (live or recorded sessions).QualificationsProven experience with ServiceNow Vault capabilities in enterprise environments.Strong understanding of encryption, authentication, and data privacy principles.Experience developing scalable and secure ServiceNow solutions.Ability to produce high-quality documentation and conduct effective knowledge-sharing sessions.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
