Job Overview:

We are seeking multiple skilled Aircraft Maintenance Engineers to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for performing maintenance, inspections, and repairs on aircraft to ensure they meet safety and regulatory standards. The role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure to ensure the safety and reliability of our fleet.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance and Repairs: Perform routine and non-routine maintenance, repairs, and overhauls on various types of aircraft in accordance with manufacturer’s guidelines, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
  • Inspections: Conduct detailed inspections of aircraft systems, components, and structures to identify issues or potential problems.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance records, including service reports, inspections, and compliance documentation.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues with aircraft systems, including avionics, engines, and landing gear.
  • Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with relevant aviation regulations, standards, and safety protocols.
  • Safety: Follow safety procedures and protocols to maintain a safe working environment and prevent accidents or incidents.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other engineering and maintenance staff, as well as flight crews, to ensure timely and effective maintenance solutions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry developments, new technologies, and changes in regulations to continually improve maintenance practices.


Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in aircraft maintenance engineering or a related field is preferred.
  • Certification: Valid Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) license or equivalent certification from a recognized aviation authority.
  • Experience: Proven experience as an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer or in a similar role.
  • Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of aircraft systems, components, and maintenance procedures.
  • Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and maintenance equipment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to safety.

Working Conditions:

  • May involve working in various weather conditions and at heights.
  • Ability to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
  • Physical demands include lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
