What You’ll Do Own end‑to‑end feature development, from scoping to production, ensuring quality, performance, and delightful UX. Bring an obsessive level of taste to the product. Architect and scale core infrastructure, ensuring reliability and performance at every level. What You’ll Need 5+ years of experience working with Ruby on Rails, Ruby, and JavaScript with a bonus for Hotwire, ViewComponents, Tailwind, and similar frameworks. Strong full‑stack capabilities with the ability to dive into backend infrastructure as comfortably as crafting delightful front‑end experiences. You know what looks good, what feels good, and how to make an experience magical. You sweat the details because they matter. Bias toward action.
