Own technical design and development of fault-tolerant application systems Contribute to high-level design methodology and architecture ownership Improve internal frameworks, tools, and developer experience Establish code review standards and engineering best practices Mentor junior and intermediate associates through engineering standards Requirements:
At least six years of hands-on development experience Six years in application development, data design, modelling, or architecture Experience with AWS or Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Mentorship experience supporting junior and intermediate associates Eight-plus years leading full software development life cycles preferred Apply advanced development, cloud, architecture, and data expertise as Capital One Canada’s Staff Software Engineer.
