In this role, you will manage a portfolio of accounts and support clients with their personal insurance needs.Position type: Full-time, permanentRole status: ReplacementLocation: MississaugaPrimary ResponsibilitiesDeliver comprehensive, expert service to clientsCollaborate closely with producers and insurance partnersManage renewals and process endorsements efficientlyAssess risk exposures and recommend tailored insurance solutionsGuide clients through the claims process with confidence and carePrepare insurance applications, proposals, and documentationKnowledge, Skills, and RequirementsActive RIBO license in good standing (required)3+ years of Personal Lines brokerage experienceTechnical & Analytical SkillsProficient in Microsoft Word and Excel (required)Experience with EPIC, Compu-Quote, and broker portals considered an assetInterpersonal SkillsA collaborative team player with a strong work ethicExcellent interpersonal, presentation, communication, and negotiation skillsStrong commitment to professionalism and delivering expert service to clientsCompensation Range: $50,000 to $100,000 annuallyCompensation is based on a full-time 35-hour work week and will be dependent upon the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience, with consideration given to internal equity.
