Location: 100% remote in Quebec

Our client is seeking a Senior Project Manager with preferred experience in insurance or financial institutions, to lead projects in the auto insurance sector. The role focuses on online sales, digital transformation, migration, and risk management. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Agile and SAFE methodologies, with strong leadership skills and a proactive attitude towards finding solutions.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage projects related to online sales, digital transformation, migration, and risk management in the auto insurance sector.
  • Utilize Agile and SAFE methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Provide executive summaries and reports to stakeholders, keeping them informed of project progress and potential risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success.
  • Ensure projects adhere to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Act as a solution-oriented leader, identifying and addressing issues proactively.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the insurance or financial institutions sector.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Fluency in French and functional English.
  • Experience with Salesforce is an asset.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Certification in Project Management (PMP, PMI-ACP, etc.) is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
