Senior Manager - Risk Modeling and Analytics Apply for the Senior Manager - Risk Modeling and Analytics role at BMO. Responsibilities Develop or lead development of financial reporting models (IFRS9/CECL), stress testing models (CCAR, MST), PD, LGD, EAD, ECL for consumer and commercial lending portfolios. Develop pricing and quantitative risk models for fixed income, corporate credit, and loans. Monitor risk in strategies and portfolios alongside project managers or functional leads. Conduct quantitative research on risks across strategies and portfolios. Identify ways of mitigating potential risks; recommend and implement solutions based on analysis. Document data flow, systems and processes to improve the design, implementation and management of business processes. Build interdependent teams; collaborate across functional and operating groups. Attract, retain and enable the career development of top talent; coach employees; manage performance. Operate at a group/enterprise-wide level and serve as specialist resource to senior leaders and stakeholders. Think creatively to address unique or ambiguous situations; find solutions to complex problems. Implement changes in response to shifting trends. Qualifications Intermediate proficiency: Regulatory capital and stress testing. IFRS9/CECL/CCAR. Compliance and regulation. Machine learning. Learning agility. Systems thinking. Advanced proficiency: Model risk management. Data visualization, wrangling, preprocessing. Critical thinking, quantitative financial modeling, computational thinking. Driving results, data-driven decision making. Verbal and written communication, collaboration. Ability to manage ambiguity. 7+ years relevant experience and education. Compensation Salary: $103,200 - $192,000 per year. Pay Type: Salaried.
