Key Responsibilities: • Own product strategy for OptoCompiler and Lumerical • Transform customer feedback into clear product requirements • Collaborate with various teams for effective product launches • Prioritize roadmap to maximize market impact • Monitor trends and competitive dynamics in photonics
Requirements: • Bachelor’s in engineering, physics, or related field • 5+ years in product management within optics or photonics • Strong understanding of simulation methods and workflows • Proven experience with photonic design tools • Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
