Togala Construction is seeking a Project Manager to support and lead the delivery of construction projects from pre construction through closeout. This role works closely with Senior Project Managers, Superintendents, and site teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.The Project Manager plays an important role in coordinating teams, managing project controls, and maintaining strong communication with clients and consultants.What you’ll do• Support project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution • Assist with managing contracts, subcontracts, and change orders • Work closely with Superintendents and site teams to support project delivery • Coordinate consultants, trades, and internal teams • Track cost control, forecasting, and reporting • Support risk identification and issue resolution • Assist with project closeout and handoverWhat you bringEducation • Degree or diploma in construction management, engineering, or related field preferredExperience • 5 plus years of experience in construction project management • Experience supporting multiple projects or project phases • Exposure to managing medium to large scale construction projectsProject Type • Experience with residential, multi family, and commercial projects • Familiar with multiple delivery methods, including Construction Management, Design Build, and Stipulated SumTechnical Knowledge • Working understanding of construction contracts, budgets, and schedules • Experience with project management and document control systems • Strong attention to detail and accuracyTechnical Skills • Procore • Microsoft Project or similar scheduling tools • Microsoft Excel • RFIs, submittals, change management, and project documentation systemsLeadership & Communication • Strong coordination and communication skills • Comfortable working with site teams, consultants, and clients • Ability to escalate issues clearly and effectivelyOrganization & Accountability • Organized and proactive approach to project management • Results focused with a strong sense of ownership • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environmentWhy work at TogalaTogala is built for people who want to grow, not just fill a role.
