Analyze business processes for Reitmans (Canada) Limited in a hybrid environment, using structured problem-solving and stakeholder facilitation skills.
As Senior Business Analyst, you will support transformation across Reitmans, RW&CO., and PENN. Penningtons. The work spans Finance, Human Resources, and Information Technology, translating business needs into practical solutions. You will partner with Business Owners and senior leadership to create sustainable value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Map end-to-end operational workflows and user experiences
- Identify efficiency, control, and process improvement opportunities
- Define future-state processes, rules, and operating standards
- Prioritize needs and translate them into actionable requirements
- Support implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field
- Eight to twelve years in analysis, improvement, or transformation
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and executive communication skills
- Experience influencing senior leaders across complex environments
- Bilingual English and French; AI literacy is an asset
