Senior Software Engineer (Front End / Integration), Hospitality Operations Technology

We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer with a strong background in web UX/UI Developer to design and develop intuitive, user centered digital experiences across the Property Management System ecosystem. This role will support Four Seasons PMS Modernization by creating streamlined workflows and modern interfaces that improve hotel operations, employee productivity, and guest experiences. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing, solving complex technical problems, and delivering enterprise-level solutions in a cloud-first, agile environment. The PMS UX/UI Developer will work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Hotel Operations, Enterprise Architecture, Development teams, and third-party vendors to translate business requirements into scalable, accessible, and engaging digital solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing

User Experience Research

• Improved understanding of hotel operational needs, user pain points, workflow gaps, and future state opportunities.

Cross-Team Collaboration

• Engage with other functional teams (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle, SAP integration) to ensure successful integration between enterprise systems.

Front End Development

• Scalable, maintainable, and responsive application interfaces that support PMS related workflows and integrations.

Design Governance

• Standardized user experience patterns, reusable components, and design documentation across PMS applications.

User Testing and Validation

• Higher adoption, stronger usability, and better alignment between delivered solutions and hotel user needs.

Continuous Improvement

• Data driven enhancements that reduce friction, improve efficiency, and support platform adoption.

Agile Methodology and Project Management

• Operate within an Agile Framework, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Manage project timelines, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.

Full Stack Development

• Actively participate in the development of both front-end (TypeScript, React.ts) and back-end (.NET, C#) components, setting a high standard for code quality and maintainability.
• Implement RESTful APIs, microservices, and other web services, ensuring they meet performance and security standards.

Quality Assurance and Testing

• Implement unit and integration tests to ensure high test coverage and application reliability.
• Optimize application performance, conducting thorough testing for speed, scalability, and resource utilization.
