It fosters a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and professional growth.Your New RoleAs a Senior Electrical & Mechanical Project Manager, you will provide senior technical and project leadership across a diverse construction portfolio. Acting as the technical authority for mechanical and electrical systems, you will guide design development, constructability, and execution strategies while ensuring compliance with codes and client requirements.You’ll manage the full lifecycle of M&E scopes on large-scale projects—from preconstruction through commissioning and turnover. This includes overseeing schedules, procurement, installation, and integrated systems commissioning. You will also lead value-engineering initiatives, optimize system performance, and liaise with consultants, authorities, and trade partners to ensure successful project delivery.What You'll Need to SucceedExperience15+ years of progressive M&E project delivery experience within ICI or mission-critical constructionProven success managing large, complex, fast-track, or retrofit projects in sensitive environmentsTechnical SkillsBachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent technical diplomaProfessional designation: P.Eng., C.E.T., or Master Electrician (ME)Strong knowledge of CSA, ASHRAE, NFPA, and ESA codesProficiency in project management and construction software (Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, MS Office suite)Soft SkillsLeadership and mentorship of multidisciplinary teamsExceptional communication, analytical, and decision-making abilitiesDetail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to balance big-picture strategy with operational executionCommitment to quality, innovation, and continuous improvementWhat You'll Get in ReturnOpportunity to lead technically complex and mission-critical projects across Ontario and CanadaExposure to cutting-edge technologies, energy-efficiency strategies, and data centre innovationsA collaborative environment that values technical expertise and professional developmentFrequent site-based deployment for major builds, offering hands-on leadership opportunitiesA culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
