AERIUM’s unique integrated model encompasses Smart Wildlife Management, and our proprietary AI and ML based geospatial intelligence and specialized safety solutions.Job Description:AERIUM Analytics Inc. is currently seeking to fill the following role:A Drone Pilot serving as Pilot-in-Command (PIC) of assigned RPAS for wildlife mitigation on an industrial facility. The PIC is responsible for completing ground and flight operations including mission planning, briefing, execution, debriefing, aircrew field supervision, and ground/flight safety. This RPAS Pilot must be able to work on a rotational basis from March 30th until November 15th, 2026, in Northern Alberta (Calgary based field & office training will start March 9th, 2026, subject to change due to weather). Transportation will be coordinated from YYC, YEG, or YMM. Potential contract extensions after November 15th will be discussed and will be dependent on project load within AERIUM.Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:Transport Canada Basic RPAS Pilot CertificationQuadcopter ExperienceSafety First AttitudeProficient in Microsoft Office ApplicationsStrong communication skillsAble to work under pressureBe able to pass Transport Canada background checkValid Passport and Class 5 Drivers LicenseThis position is subject to pre-employment drug and alcohol testingBonus Skills:Transport Canada Advanced RPAS Pilot CertificationModel Aircraft ExperienceValid ROC-A (Restricted Radio Operators Certificate – Aeronautical)H2S Alive, First-Aid, WHMIS, Wildlife Awareness CertificationsBird & Wildlife Identification Knowledge (specifically Waterfowl and/or Shorebird)Experience with plant ID and/or herbicide applicationIf interested, please submit both your resume and cover letter.
