Process Consultant (x2) – 6-Month Contract | HybridLocation: Toronto (Hybrid – Onsite every Tuesday & second Friday of each month) Contract Duration: Dec 15, 2025 – Jun 15, 2026 Hours: 7.5 per day Openings: 2 positionsAbout the RoleWe’re looking for two experienced Process Consultants to join our Infrastructure Technology team on a critical regulatory program. This project focuses on vulnerability patching and the creation of new operational processes to strengthen compliance, governance, and technology readiness.In this role, you will help optimize existing workflows, design new processes, reduce operational complexity, and enable continuous improvement across the organization.What You’ll DoLead process engineering initiatives across Infrastructure TechnologyDevelop detailed current state and future state process mapsCreate measurement frameworks, KPIs, and data collection plansConduct process capability analysis and identify optimization opportunitiesFacilitate workshops to design future-state processesBuild implementation plans and sustainability metricsProvide reporting, insights, and updates to senior leadersCoach teams on process engineering principles and continuous improvementWho You AreYou’re passionate about process excellence and continuous improvementDetail-oriented with strong analytical and critical-thinking skillsStrong communicator capable of translating complex information into actionable insightsCollaborative, team-oriented, and aligned with values of trust, teamwork, and accountabilityMust-Have Qualifications10+ years of experience in process engineering or process improvementLean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher, OR ITIL certification (both preferred)Strong understanding of technology processes, ideally within infrastructure or IT operationsNice-to-Have SkillsExperience designing or improving vulnerability patching processesBackground in regulatory, compliance, or risk-driven process workWhy Join Us?Opportunity to influence high-visibility, regulatory-critical initiativesWork closely with Infrastructure Engineering leadersContribute directly to enterprise-level process modernizationHybrid schedule with predictable onsite daysStrong potential for contract extension
