This is a senior finance leadership role with broad exposure to regional strategy, commercial decision-making, and executive stakeholders across a multi-country operating model. The role sits at the intersection of FP&A, business partnering, and regional performance management, acting as the primary finance lead for the Americas while contributing to group-level planning and value creation initiatives.The RoleAct as the lead finance partner for the Americas region, supporting senior commercial and operational leadersOwn long-range planning, annual budgeting, and forecasting for the regionDeliver high-quality financial insight to support growth, investment decisions, and resource allocationProvide commercial support on new initiatives, pricing decisions, and contract economicsLead regional performance management, including variance analysis, trend identification, and corrective actionPartner closely with Group FP&A and executive leadership on strategic initiativesManage and develop a regional finance business partnering team (multi-country remit)Key Focus AreasStrategic Finance & Planning: Multi-year planning, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysisBusiness Partnering: Embedded finance support to regional leadership; trusted advisor at senior leadership levelCommercial & Investment Analysis: Pricing reviews, investment appraisals, capex oversight, post-implementation reviewsPerformance & Reporting: Monthly close insight, outlook reporting, KPI frameworksLeadership: Build, coach, and scale a high-performing regional finance team in a matrix environmentCandidate ProfileQualified accountant (CPA, ACA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent)Strong background in FP&A and commercial finance within complex, multi-country organizationsProven ability to partner with senior executives and regional business leadersExperience operating in matrixed, international environmentsCommercially astute with strong analytical and communication skillsComfortable leading teams across geographiesSystems-savvy; experience with modern ERP and planning tools preferredSeniority levelDirectorEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionFinanceIndustries: Professional Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
