Familiarity with Foglight for database monitoring.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Senior Systems Engineer with strong MS SQL database administration skills and experience supporting enterprise environments. This role will focus on performance tuning, troubleshooting, and automation for critical Treasury systems, including the QRM platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering mindset, problem-solving ability, and experience in large-scale enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities Monitor and troubleshoot MS SQL performance issues, including query optimization, indexing, and execution plan tuning. Perform database tuning and maintenance, including cache flushes and bandwidth analysis. Support QRM platform installations, upgrades, and issue resolution; liaise with vendor for escalations. Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell and other tools. Work on CI/CD pipelines and enterprise automation frameworks (Jenkins, GitHub, Nexus). Collaborate with internal teams to resolve system issues and optimize performance. Participate in problem-solving sessions and provide technical solutions for complex issues. Support data analysis and troubleshooting for large datasets and integration points. Assist with Azure-related tasks, including understanding enterprise pipeline governance. Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
