Key Responsibilities: • Manage operational aspects and market opportunities • Develop and maintain client relationships • Formulate annual business and revenue plans • Ensure projects are executed according to standards • Optimize team performance through mentorship
Requirements: • Undergraduate Engineering degree from an accredited institution • Eligible for registration as a P.Eng. with EGBC • 12+ years of consulting experience in engineering • Background in multi-discipline project management • Strong communication and organizational skills
