Job Title Medical Oncologist Location Vernon, BC Overview BC Cancer is seeking a Medical Oncologist to join the Vernon Clinic team at Vernon Jubilee Hospital, located in the beautiful Southern Interior Region of British Columbia. Responsibilities Work with a well-established small team of specialized medical oncologists, GP oncologists, and allied health professionals. Participate in clinical, educational, administrative, and research activities. Report to the Department Head of Medical Oncology at BC Cancer – Kelowna. Qualifications Fship standing in the Royal College of Physicians & Surgeons of Canada in Internal Medicine, along with a certificate of Special Competence in Medical Oncology. Eligibility for full licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia. Eligibility for appointment to medical staff of BC Cancer, and Vernon Jubilee Hospital. Eligibility for a clinical appointment to the University of British Columbia, Division of Medical Oncology in the Department of Medicine. Benefits Service contract and salary options available.
