The successful candidate takes personal responsibility for health and safety, actively identifies and reports hazards, and contributes ideas to continuously improve workplace safety practices.Key ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot, disassemble, repair, and perform predictive and preventive maintenance and calibration on surface instrumentation equipmentEnsure compliance with OHSA, environmental regulations, and internal safety and sustainability standardsWork collaboratively within the department and across teams to achieve operational goalsDemonstrate strong organization, motivation, and sound decision-making skillsSupply and maintain personal tools required for the roleExperience Requirements Licensed Instrumentation Technician (required)Minimum 3–5 years of relevant trade experienceExperience in mining or manufacturing environments preferredStrong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsHighly organized with solid technical competenceAbility to read and interpret electrical drawingsWillingness to learn and adapt; basic computer skills are preferredCapable of working independently with minimal supervision and coordinating with other trade groupsResponsible for providing his/her own tools.Willingness to assist in other work areas as requiredMust be legally eligible to work in Canada
