As a Category Manager, you will oversee merchandising strategies, improving pricing and inventory management across SNDL’s exceptional cannabis portfolio. With a minimum of 7 years' experience, you will facilitate supplier partnerships and develop market-specific programs while ensuring optimum inventory health. This role is designed for those who excel in data-driven retail decisions.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive category management and merchandising strategies
• Act as the lead contact for supplier relationships
• Prepare actionable insights and performance reports
• Monitor inventory and manage product assortments
• Enhance cross-functional collaboration across teams
Requirements:
• 7+ years in category management or related functions
• Experience in retail, especially within cannabis is advantageous
• Excellent analytical and Excel skills
• Proven ability to negotiate and manage partnerships
• Strong communication and organizational skills Bring your expertise to SNDL and make an impact in the retail industry.
