We are looking for a Functional Solutions Architect for one of our clients, a key expert who will design and guide the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions within the organization. He will play a key role in transforming HR processes by leveraging cloud capabilities.
As a SAP SuccessFactors Functional Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for shaping the future of the company’s HR processes by using technology to create enhanced employee experiences and support the organization’s strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Solution Design: Develop functional architectures tailored to the specific needs of the business;
- Technical and Functional Guidance: Provide guidance and specifications to support business transformations;
- Architectural Oversight: Ensure that proposed solutions are technically efficient and aligned with business requirements.
Requirements and Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in architecture;
- 5+ years of experience as a SuccessFactors Functional Architect;
- Have a very good knowledge of the following products:
- SuccessFactors: Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Compensation;
- S/4 HANA HCM module and integration points with SuccessFactors solution;
- Experience with end-to-end integrations and working on integration with SAP modules;
- Experience in migrating from SAP HCM to SuccessFactors;
- A strong combination of functional and technical experience;
- Experience in Agile delivery;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Nous sommes à la recherche pour un de nos clients d’un Architecte de solutions fonctionnelles, soit un expert clé qui concevra et guidera l'implémentation de solutions SAP SuccessFactors au sein de l’organisation. Il jouera un rôle essentiel dans la transformation des processus RH en exploitant les capacités du cloud.
En tant qu’Architecte de Solutions Fonctionnelles SAP SuccessFactors, vous serez responsable de façonner l’avenir des processus RH de l’entreprise en utilisant la technologie pour créer des expériences employées améliorées et pour soutenir les objectifs stratégiques de l’organisation.
Responsabilités clés:
- Conception de solutions : développer des architectures fonctionnelles adaptées aux besoins spécifiques de l'entreprise ;
- Guidance technique et fonctionnelle : fournir des conseils et des spécifications pour soutenir les transformations de l'entreprise ;
- Supervision architecturale : veiller à ce que les solutions proposées soient techniquement efficaces et alignées avec les exigences de l'entreprise.
Exigences et qualifications requises:
- Plus de 10 ans d’expérience en architecture ;
- Plus de 5 ans d’expérience en tant qu’architecte fonctionnel SuccessFactors ;
- Avoir une très bonne connaissance des produits suivants :
- SuccessFactors : Employee Central, Recruiting, Onbording, Learning, Compensation;
- Module S/4 HANA HCM et points d’intégration avec la solution SuccessFactors ;
- Expérience avec des intégrations de bout en bout et travail sur l’intégration avec les modules SAP ;
- Expérience de migration de SAP HCM vers SuccessFactors ;
- Une forte combinaison d’expérience fonctionnelle et technique ;
- Expérience en livraison Agile ;
- Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale.
