Junior to Senior ConveyancerKamloops, BC | Full-time, In-Office | Monday to Friday, 40 hours per weekAbout the OpportunityExcel Personnel is recruiting on behalf of a well-established Kamloops law firm for a Conveyancer with residential and/or commercial experience. This is a great opportunity for a skilled professional who thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment and values accuracy, efficiency, and client service.Key ResponsibilitiesManage residential and commercial real estate transactions from start to finishPrepare and review conveyancing documents including statements of adjustments, contracts, and dischargesConduct title, property tax, and strata searches to ensure compliance and accuracyCoordinate with clients, lawyers, lenders, realtors, and other stakeholders throughout each transactionManage trust payouts, disbursements, and registrations using LTSA systemsMaintain organized and accurate electronic filesQualifications1-5 years of BC conveyancing experience (junior to senior level)Strong knowledge of conveyancing laws, procedures, and documentationExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteExperience with eConveyance, ProSuite, myLTSA, and BC Online is an assetStrong communication skills and a professional, client-focused approachCompensation & Benefits$24.00-$38.46/hour (up to ~$80,000 annually, depending on experience)2-4 weeks of vacation (based on experience)Extended health, dental, and vision benefitsHow To ApplyWe're excited to hear from you To make the process easy, you can apply in one of two ways.
