About the Role

Were looking for a talented and highly organized Print Coordinator & Graphic Designer to join our in-house marketing team. This role combines print production coordination with creative graphic design work, offering a diverse and exciting workload. The ideal candidate will have experience in both print production and graphic design, with a passion for real estate marketing and corporate branding.

This is a full-time, in-office position based out of our CIR Realty South Office. The work schedule is 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.

Key Responsibilities

Print Coordination:

  • Manage the printing and layout of all in-house materials, including but not limited to: business cards, feature sheets, postcards, and event and corporate materials.
  • Ensure all print materials are produced accurately, on time, and to a high standard of quality.
  • Manage print inventory and troubleshoot any production issues.
  • Work closely with vendors and suppliers to ensure seamless production.
  • Facilitate community and seasonal mailouts through Canada Post.

Graphic Design:

  • Create custom branding and marketing materials for CIR Realty agents, including social media graphics, presentation templates, brochures and flyers, and custom logos and branding packages.
  • Design marketing materials for internal corporate projects, including event promotional materials, professional development course materials, and internal communication assets.
  • Ensure all designs are consistent with CIR Realtys brand guidelines.

What Were Looking For

  • Experience in print production and coordination is required
  • Previous graphic design experience is required
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, and print standards
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • A creative thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication (both written and verbal) and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for quality and consistency
