Support incident and problem management throughout the complete lifecycle Monitor end-to-end application environments in real time Improve monitoring and alerting with ITRS Geneos and Grafana Develop applications and scripts that automate processes Coordinate with developers, business teams, and technology partners Requirements:
Graduate between December 2026 and May 2027 Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related discipline Basic algorithmic programming ability for technical interviews Excellent communication, collaboration, and adaptability skills Willingness to collaborate across cultures and time zones Build production stability expertise at Citi through monitoring, incident management, automation, and technical problem solving in Mississauga.
