Right Price.Position: Electrical Technician III Location: Edmonton TerminalPay Rate: $40-$45/hour on T4Duration: 12+ Months (Possible Extension)Responsibilities:As an Electrical Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of electrical equipment. Key responsibilities include:Performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all electrical and associated equipment such as valves, motors, turbine and/or PD meters, sampling systems, relief systems, and other electrical devices.Coordinating activities with Supervisors, Planners/Schedulers, Mechanical Technicians, Electricians Technicians, CCO, Regional Support, contractors, and PLM to plan, schedule, and complete all work safely and efficiently.Ensuring all maintenance work aligns with regulations and company Operation & Maintenance (O&M) procedure requirements.Being on call as required for emergency responses and maintenance.Completing and staying current on all required safety and technical training.Maintaining facility records and updating drawings as necessary.Adhering to all company policies.Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent experience and Journeyperson Electrical with provincial or interprovincial certification (instrumentation background is an asset).2 to 5 years of experience in an industrial field.Class 5 driver’s license in good standing (or equivalent valid US driver's license).Proven strong work ethic, good computer skills, a willingness to learn, and a positive team attitude.Commitment to safety, integrity, respect, inclusion, and high performance.Why Work With Us?We believe in more than just jobs—we build careers.
