Company DescriptionTurn 17 Garage is the Western Canadian Importer and Distributor of the RUSH SR Sports Racer and the exclusive on-track service provider at Rocky Mountain Motorsports, the newest Race facility in Western Canada.Role DescriptionTurn 17 Garage is seeking an experienced and motivated General Manager to lead our automotive and motorsports operations. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with a passion for racing, customer experience, and operational excellence.Our mission is to create exceptional customer service experiences across:Track-side supportRace day supportRacing and race track experiencesRace and track car repair and maintenancePerformance and racing parts salesResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations of the garage and track-side activitiesDeliver exceptional customer service across all offeringsManage race and track car service, preparation, and maintenancePlan and execute customer track days, race weekends, and driving experiencesLead, schedule, train, and develop staffAct as the primary point of contact for customers, partners, and vendorsSupport and grow performance and racing parts salesMaintain high standards for safety, quality, and professionalismQualificationsMinimum 3 years of experience in the automotive service industryMinimum 3 years of management experienceHands-on motorsports experience (driving, racing, event planning, vehicle setup, or coaching)Strong understanding of race and track car preparationProven communication and leadership skillsHighly organized and customer-focusedAbility to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive, high-pressure environmentWhy Work at Turn 17 GaragePassion-driven motorsports environmentDirect involvement in racing and track eventsOpportunity to shape the future growth and culture of a performance-focused business
